The building designed at the end of the 19th century is one of the dominants of the historical city centre. The Kozel Chateau

A complex of Neo-Classicist buildings, surrounded by a 30 ha (74 acres) of a natural landscape park. Designed as a seasonal hunting chateau. The Kozel Chateau is the most visited historical monument in the West of Bohemia. Located 15 km (9 miles) from Pilsen.

The University of West Bohemia offers a number of lecture halls. In the Borská Pole campus as well as in the city centre.

Capacity: EP 130 -344 seats, EP 120 -238 seats, EP 110 -172 seats, EP 208 – 110 seats and EP 206 – 70 seats. Three largest lecture theatres are equipped as multi-function halls with adequate technical equipment including the control room and interpreting technology.

Services: accommodation for 49 people in hotel type double rooms available all year round, accommodation in students halls of residence (two double rooms sharing bathroom) available during the holidays (July, August)
