On the northern edge of the historic center of Plzen, on Truhlářská Street, is the Rychtářka multi-storey parking garage with a capacity of 447 parking spaces (map). It is staffed by a security guards and monitored 24 hours a day. It is currently the safest form of paid parking in Pilsen that is available non-stop.

In addition to continuous monitoring by security staff, the garage also features a Pilsen Parking client center and restrooms. Thanks to a footbridge across busy Tyršova Street, Pilsen‘s historic core is easily accessible. Football fans appreciate the proximity of the facility to the football stadium in Štruncovy Park. It is a self-service parking system.

There is currently one gated system with 112 spaces operating on the ground level in Sady Pětatřicátníků (map). The parking lot by KD Peklo was closed due to the construction of a new theater.
